Conference Registration Payment

It is extremely important that registration fees are paid on time by the dates specified.  The registration deadline dates reflect the dates in which the fees must be mailed to Georgia FBLA, not the day in which you should request a check.  If it takes you one to two weeks to get a check from your school or system, you will need to make accommodations for this to avoid being late.

The following late payment penalties will be in effect for 2010-2011 Georgia FBLA conferences:

  • Payment not sent by the stated deadline:  $10 (each chapter may request waiver of this fee once per year)
  • Payment not sent within 7 days of stated deadline: $25
  • Payment not sent within 2 weeks of conference:  $40

Membership Receipt Deadlines

Because conference registration is online for most conference, you must pay special attention to the Membership Receipt Deadlines with each conference.  This means dues payment must be received in the national office at each date to register a member for a conference.  Failure to do so may result in a member not being eligible to attend a conference.
