Georgia FBLA members and advisers, it is time to begin preparing for another amazing year filled with success. Last year, we witnessed as members unleashed their potential to become the best across the nation. Through thrilling conferences, informative workshops, and challenging competitions, Georgia FBLA was able to display Leadership Unleashed!

As this year begins, I have one question for you: How can FBLA assist you in transforming tomorrow? Will it be through attending conferences, competing in one of many events, participating in our many projects, or networking with thousands of members? Members will begin their transformation at the 2010 Summer Leadership and Officer Training Summits. These events provide our local leaders with the training and resources to prepare them for their roles this coming year.

This event will be sure to give members the motivation to draw up blueprints today so that they can begin transforming tomorrow. Our participation in state and national projects will be mapped out at the Fall Motivational Rally in Perry. We will continue to network with members and transform our professional edge at the Fall Leadership Conference in Athens.

Our competitive events are sure to test your mind and train you for the business world. Be sure to prepare now for competitive events that will kick off at your Region Leadership Conference. Members and advisers will then gather for the final test at our State Leadership Conference in Atlanta! It is here that your knowledge will be tested to the extreme. Orlando, Florida will be the site of the National Leadership Conference, where the best of the best will gather to compete, network, and showcase their talents!

The opportunities that will be provided to Georgia FBLA members are sure to help you grow today and transform tomorrow. I wish you the best of luck as you embark on another year of success in FBLA. On behalf of the 2010-2011 State Executive Council, I hope that you will work hard during this year and accomplish all of your goals. I have full confidence that together we will succeed in transforming tomorrow!

Sincerely

Alex Ogle
